The data controller is [company name – to be added] (USA). EU representative under Article 27 GDPR: [EU representative – to be added]. We process your email (for verification and sending the link) and your questionnaire answers, which are data concerning sex life (special category under Article 9 GDPR) – only on the basis of your explicit consent. Your email and your answers are stored separately and pseudonymously. We keep a record of your age confirmation and consent (time and text version). You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your email. In the app, your account has no email or name (a random ID and a device key); ratings and answers in the app are stored under this ID and encrypted, and our server can never read photos or messages to your partner. Payments are processed by a payment gateway or an app store, and we receive only a random reference and the payment status; the statement shows a neutral name. Data is stored in the EU; where the company or a supplier in the USA has access, the transfer is safeguarded under Article 45 or 46 GDPR (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Deleting your account in the app deletes your profile, ratings and links to your couple; scenarios in the community library remain without any link to you.
