The Tacitavia service is provided by [company name – to be added], a company incorporated in the United States of America. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [US state – to be added] (USA); consumers in the EU retain their rights under the law of their country. The service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over, or of legal age under the law of their country; every user declares this by entering and confirming. The content is frank adult content about sexuality. The questionnaire and profile are for self-understanding and for conversation with a partner; they are not a medical service or a diagnosis. Users are responsible for answering for themselves only. The extended profile and premium features are charged according to the price list. A Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) renews automatically until you cancel it; a cancelled subscription remains valid until the end of the paid period, and Premium lifetime is paid once. One partner pays for both. Scenarios you create in the app from the offered tiles are provided to us under an exclusive, free and irrevocable licence: we may include them, without any link to your account, in the community library and offer them to other couples; free text and messages stay with your couple only. Content you upload to the app (such as your own photos) must be yours or you must have the right to it; it stays encrypted on your phone. A guest may be invited only with the consent of both partners and for no longer than 24 hours. We notify a partner who is removed; a new permanent partner can be added only after the period stated in the app.
